We invite you to join a small group for an engaging 8 week guided prayer experience based on the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius of Loyola. 

The framework includes praying for 15-30 minutes daily, keeping a journal and meeting once a week with a small group and a prayer guide. 

This is a unique opportunity to experience a taste of Ignatian prayer, make new friends and learn from each other in a small community group.
