Come & See
Experience the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola
The Spiritual Exercises in daily life are based on the conversion experience of St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). They are made in a nine month prayer program, they are a framework and a dynamic to experience spiritual growth, interior freedom, a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and to find God in all things. The program includes praying with Scripture, journaling, and meeting weekly with a trained Ignatian prayer guide.
Our Come & See events are a opportunity for you to meet representatives from the Ignatian Spirituality Center, experience an overview of the Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life, and hear stories and ask questions of two parishioners who have made the Exercises. You will also experience a short guided prayer experience.
The Come & See events run from the beginning of the Spring through the Summer each year in anticipation of the Spiritual Exercises beginning in the fall. They are one hour in length.
